Dime Box Band

Formed by Kristi Callan in 1992, Dime Box Band played locally in Los Angeles for several years before ​taking a hiatus in 1994 as other projects pulled the band in different directions. Fast forward to 2005: Kristi re-starts the band and the group subsequently releases "Five and Dime Waltz" in 2008 to critical acclaim and moderate airplay on Americana radio stations across the country. Over the next 10 years the band plays all over and evolves from an all female band to a family band: Kristi recruits her son James to play lead guitar, and fiddle player Lyn Bertles enlists her husband, Nick Vincent on drums and her son Alex Vincent on bass. As the Crow Flies, the follow up Five and Dime Waltz is scheduled for release in May 2018.
